RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your Lumaire pieces. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

RETURNS
We accept returns within 60 days of delivery for items that are:
— unwashed
— In original condition with all tags attached
— In original packaging

To start a return, please email contact@lumaireofficial.com with your order number and reason for return.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the desired size or style.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
— Items, washed, or altered
— Items without original tags 

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@lumaireofficial.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
