We want you to love your Lumaire pieces. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

60 DAYS TO EXCHANGE OR REFUND

You have 60 days from delivery to exchange your set or send it back for a refund. Items need to be:

— Unwashed

— In original packaging

Want a different size or colour? Just email us at contact@lumaireofficial.com and we'll help you exchange it.

REFUNDS

To request a refund, email contact@lumaireofficial.com with your order number and the reason. Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you by email.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE

— Items that have been washed or altered

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@lumaireofficial.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
